1. Why do you dislike #11 so much?
Hmmm...don't want to sound too harsh, but I want to give my opinions. I just think their bond doesn't need to turn into romance. It is already strong enough. I like the brother bond between them because it makes sense in terms of the themes of bonds within the story. Plus, I think it would be better for Naruto in my opinion to fall in love with someone of whom he never had to convince to love him. He has been trying to convince people of his worth his whole life. I just want Naruto to be with someone he never had to doubt in this way. He needs someone who can give him as much love and care he gives to everyone else because Naruto has needs as well.

2. Who do you know that ships #13?
Probably many of the fans of the series since it IS the main romance of a Shojo manga.

3. What would be your ideal scenario for couple #3?
Hahaha...This couple doesn't know how to be together yet (of what I have seen of anime). Ideal scenerio would be that Shuurei finds a position in government where she can be married to Emperor Ryuuki and keep that position. She will basically have to be in a position where she can be of use by her own strength and not her future husband's.

4. What is your favorite moment for #1?
NaruHina confession scene...though any moment was amazing... I love how they lift each other up and are able to provide deep encouragement as well to each other as well. They are both people who may not ask for help or companionship but both desperately need it. Naruto especially... He just needs someone willing to provide him with as much care as he gives to others as I said before.

5. How long have you been following couple #6?
Since I first started to watch the anime. Sakura obviously liked him and I wanted her to reach him in her own way. I still do.

6. What's the story with #8? What made you stop caring?
They are complicated...I am not sure there is a love story between any of team members of that team. Plus Pein that I saw was basically a dead body and the real one (Nagato) is incredibly disabled and skinny. Plus, their relationship doesn't seem romance focused as all.

7. Which ship do you prefer--#2 or #4?
This is a mean question...T.K. And Kari were the first pairing that I followed and loved them. Allen and Lenalee are amazing as well...Maybe T.K. And Kari just because of my past obsession, and the fact that I wouldn't be too angry if Allen and Lenalee don't get together.

8. You have the power to make one ship non-existent. Choose from #10 or #12.
I dislike both pairings, but I would have to choose #12. I don't go for incest relationships, and for relationships where one person is in a position of trust over the other.

9. What interests you about #14?
I love Hinata and am just interested in putting her into different situations. My fav and perfect ship for her will always be with Naruto, but I am interested also to see where else her life could take her. So far, random ones I have thought about are Hinata x Rand al'Thor from Wheel of Time series and Hinata x Zuko from Avatar: Last Airbender. Not perfect personalties for her but both guys who need help to find paths towards being good leaders. I picture Hinata taking on a sort of Naruto role in these types of relationships. She helps them as much as Naruto has helped her.

10.When did you stop liking #7?
When I started to like Allen for Lenalee more. Circumstances to me in the manga will probably bring Allen and Lenalee together more.

11. Did your waning interest in #9 kill your interest in the series?
Nah...Their bond is pretty important but it didn't need to turn into romance. Plus, I realized it was too much like NaruSaku for me to like it much anymore. Plus...circumstances makes it impossible now.

12. What's a song that reminds you of #5?
I never really thought about it... I probably shouldn't guess because I haven't read the manga yet. For some reason, I just want to watch this series instead of going ahead and reading the manga as well.

13. Which of these ships do you love the most right now?
NaruHina, definitely.

14. Which do you dislike the most?
Itachi and Sasuke

15. If you could have any of these pairings double date, who would they be?
Naruhina and SasuSaku would be a good choice. Though Naruhina and Ryouki and Shuurei would be interesting as well. They are the same type of people as NaruHina but in opposite genders.

16. Have #2 kissed yet? Elaborate if yes.
No....they aren't even together! Stupid ambiguous ending!

17. Did #4 have a happy ending? Do you think one is likely?
I hope so...Allen has some major problems and Lenalee keeps having dreams of him disappearing, but I hope for a happy ending. Maybe their hearts will help overcome everything.

18. What would make you start shipping #14?
Oh this is a tough one... Basically in the stories where I have her with another random crossover guy, she either never confessed to Naruto, he rejected her (though this is a scenario I try to avoid), or Naruto died (one that I don't like as well). In my Wheel of Time crossover, she never confessed to him and never got the chance to do it later on due to him ending up sadly with Sakura. Then, she gets randomly sent to another world and meets another guy who she strives to help.

19. If only one could happen, which would you prefer--#2 or #6?
Two definitely. I am still angry that it wasn't clear that they were together or not!

20. You have the power to decide the fate of #10. What happens to them?
I would have Sakura realize that her love for Sasuke can't be covered up by going out Naruto and for Naruto to move on so he can find someone who is better for him. I would want them to meet again in the future and work together to get Sasuke back as real friends/teammates as they are meant to be. I want them to have a healthy, trusting friendship actually in the future.

Hmm...I never got to answer anything about #13 pairing. Maybe I messed up somewhere... I guess I will explain them as well. I really like this romance so far (on chapter 20 something now in the manga) because Sawako reminds me more of myself than even Hinata does. I had a very similar past to Sawako with a good family but a hard high-school life. I was never called a ghost but had a hard time connecting to people as well. I also admired guys like Shota (and still do) who have the ability to surround themselves with people and are generally good. It is a touching story for me and kind of hard to read as well. It brings up a lot of memories...


Reactions to recent Naruto chapters...(spoilers)

I seriously am not that surprised about recent events that include Karin being killed possibly. Kishimoto said that Sasuke was going down a dark path and was going to be fighting Naruto at the end. I kind of figured that Sasuke will probably soon take that next step towards evil for the sake of the story. Though, I never expected Karin to take the fall for it.

Her dying this way almost paints her as a character who was created to only fill the place of Sakura temporally. That her only purpose was to be a contrast to Sakura and to be used by Sasuke. It really sucks... I wanted her to be something more than this.

Though this does cause Sasuke to take the next step towards evil and possibly set up a meeting between Sasuke and Sakura. Maybe, this is what Kishimoto was going for, though Karin did not need to die...geez. Is this all that women are good for this manga? As love interests to the main guys and are motivated by romance only?

At least with my Hinata, she has her other story of possibly becoming Hyuuga head, but the manga hasn't touched upon that story for a long time...sigh...THEY BETTER SOON!!! There has been some hints with Hinata's confession being so pivotal, random Hyuugas being Konoha's binoculars during the Pain vs. Naruto fight, and the byakugan becoming semi-important during the Kage summit arc (though the importance kind of went away), but these could just be random events as well.

Though speaking of Team 8, Kiba and Lee as well are just plain awesome! I am so glad that their heads are on straight (in contrast to Sakura) though I wonder what they will do about this apparent, future Sakura vs. Sai fight. Are they going to join in the fight against Sakura? I don't think Sakura can take them all on. Maybe, their fight since Sakura is not the most quiet of fighters will attract Sasuke's and Madara's attention and then Sakura will see Sasuke then. Or even better...Sai can stop her and Kakashi can then drag her home. Not good for her character development probably but good for keeping Sakura alive when she is not thinking straight now.

Danzou's past and the moment where Saratobi became the Third Hokage was pretty cool (except for another emphasis on rivalry between men), but what I really want to see next chapter is what is happening now with Naruto. I want him to meet with the Konoha 12 and have them help Naruto out. He needs his friends more than ever right now. Then the Konoha 12 can actually be a part of the manga again and be important!

I want normalcy back into this manga again, and they would be a good thing to bring back. Naruto needs support badly and I desperately want him to become the leader that we all know he can be. Where better to start then with people who trust him the most?
